In HEHD 8090 - Management of Staff and Volunteers, I worked in a group to do a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) of the Camp I run, and the volunteers I hire for the week-long resident camp. In order to assess the effectiveness of Camp Cruz’s volunteer program, this studyconducted a qualitative and thorough review and analysis of the program’s  volunteer recruitment/attendance, volunteer performance evaluations, and volunteer feedback surveys. Personal interviews with Camp Cruz volunteers and staff contributed to the final results and analysis as well.
